Looking at the teams we lost against, you can see it is a massive missed opportunity this season to have finished not only in the top 4 but maybe even been in the fight to have finished runner up.

It's annoying but this season was always a freebie for me, I've laughed at the results...well maybe not that far...just ignored the TV and Internet afterwards, next season the excuses will have dried up and I expect better. In terms of results and performances.
I certainly think I’d be less frustrated if we had lost to the big teams and beaten the teams we’d normally expect to beat at home but it’s been a strange old season all round. The frustration is probably compounded by West Ham going so well.

Next season will be massive for sure. If we can nick a Europa league place at least we’ll have that to offer prospective signings.

I was so scared that we would sign him shows what I know
He’s playing for his future there. Knowing our luck we’ll make a massive bid for him, sign him and he’ll be awful lol.

He’s been great this season mind. Our top 4 hopes dwindling by the day....

Our top 4 hopes died when Barca...no wait Newcastle/Fulham/Burnley/Palace and West Ham came to Goodison

West Ham have generally been fantastically consistent when it has mattered. With the exception of the Arsenal game, they've taken the pressure and thrived on it. We, on the other hand, have been feeble. Lingard was a player who often turned up in a big game, so doing it now for West Ham with a manager, like himself, trying to make a career after a step down, is impressive. We, meanwhile, have one player who does it consistently when he is not injured and too many, like Richarlison, who think they are better than they really are. He may be Brazilian, but he is more in the line of Fred and Serginho than Zico or Ronaldo.

Fair play to Moyes to be honest, been quality west ham and a far better team to watch than what we are. Dare I say it i think we have a much better team as well.

Should be in contention for manager of the year for the job he's done.
