Stop trying to influence the vote.Every football forum in the world will have a transfer window thread.
It is what it is.
We confine it, you can read it and get all wound up, or don't.
I only read it in the hope that, one day, it'll produce a work to rival Shakespeare.
It's jarg nonsense, but mostly harmless jarg nonsense.
The transfer thread is a wonderful example of the hypothetical "an infinite amount of monkeys with an infinite amount of typewriters with an infinite amount of time could produce the works of Shakespeare".
Instead, it's an infinite of plums with an infinite amount of iPads with an infinite amount of time could produce a credible rumour.
Living on the other side of the world, I rely on this for my updates and hoping there's any credibility to any rumours.
However, the world credibility goes out the window when beauts post formations, FIFA stats, and 20 pages of arguing over a twitter status from a player meaning he must be leaving us.
I'm not even that excited about the transfer window and the upcoming season, and I reckon that thread could have something to do with it. Keep the dross in one thread, I get that, but it'd be nice to have an area for the grownups.
It is what it is.
I would never use the thread to look for actual news or even rumours. There's better places on the net for that.
But it can be fun (although maybe shouldn't be) and is good for talking about who likes or doesn't like a certain player.
But option 3. It's the same every window. It won't change.
