Putting it out there to the various forum geniuses. How would you structure the summer transfer thread, other than how it is, or has been tried before?

It's madness to bother trying to make sense of it because the actual reality of transfer season doesn't make a lot of sense either. No use it trying to make sense out of what is 90% chaos.

You can limit the chaos with the right strategy though.
