Because he's not being given the resources he needs. Tony Pulis resigned for that reason.

Martinez should take stick when things are going tits up on the pitch, there is no question of that, he shouldn't take any stick when we don't get the players he's after though, that is down to the board.

I'm not sure at all but I would be happy with that. Kone and Browning are decent cover.
