they sold key players , we kept ours
they bought 1 player of note , we bought 2
they spent 3 million more net , we spent 4.5

our net spend last season was £38 million
........ and stoke have the nerve to think they can even compare with us.
I'm sure if we sold 3 key players to only buy a deluded dwarf , we would be livid

You sell a player for £50m and spend £60m on 4 top quality replacements; yet Watford spend 15m on 10 new players of utter gash. They automatically have a better net spend yet have hardly added quality to the squad

Only fact that speaks for us in the race for Yarmolenko is that we havent spend our dough yet...many others have...and I quess board/bobby feels that we really have to push now.
