Aye i remember mate, he was the best player on the park in the first leg as well, one thing we may have going for us is having played at Goodison that night the crowd was cracking a atmosphere he won't have come across that often, same with the travelling lads in kiev, can go a long way
There is always a risk bringing a foreign player to the premiership. But as you say the lad stamped his class all over us in both legs. That has convinced me the lad has the ability to be a real success here. It's a long time since I've seen a player give baines such a difficult time. It wasn't that he was played as a winger, more so his intelligence and movement allied to his technical ability, makes him stand out as a class act IMO.

I'm of this opinion. There's no doubt in mind that he'd be an absolute monster in the Prem.
 
According to a report in the Italian outlet TMW, Everton have tabled a bid in the region of £5.6 million for River Plate’s highly-rated defender Ramiro Funes Mori.

...odd that our Argentinian business is being reported via an Italian news outlet. Lots of rumours appear to come out of Italy, they seem pre-occupied with Everton.
