Not saying it's going to happen, but Stones is under a long term contract, Martinez doesn't have to accept his transfer request. Look at WBA they rejected Berahino's and are still rejecting bids from Spurs. Also, if we did agree to sell him, why would Chelsea bid much more than what they have already, now knowing he wants to leave gives them better leverage. If he was sold it would be surprising if we got anywhere near the £40m we all assume he's worth, a lot of any deal will be performance related.

Stones had a very steep learning curve when he became a regular last season, what's to say Browning can't do the same.

Think berahino will still leave. A lot of this cat and mouse business is just about pushing up the price. That's why it's so ridiculous that the window doesn't close before the season starts.

I think Stones will go too, but it will be interesting to see whether Martinez has the balls to say no and risk having his form drop. At the end of the day, Stones still needs to play well to establish himself in the England squad whatever club he is at so he has to be careful how he handles this too and can't do a Tevez and f off and play golf if he doesn't get his own way.

He is not fit to lace Stones' boots.

If you watched the first half he was responsible for the goal ( overpowered by centre forward on a corner ) , goes on forward runs and loses the ball in danger areas ( twice ) is slow and cumbersome.
He doesn't bother to chase back and berates team mates for his own mistakes. He is a paupers David Luiz.

Westergard is a far better ( and cheaper ) shout.
