he's a fatter slower version of naismith who somehow plays on the wing.

Yeah... he's not though is he?

I get that because he's not named Walterinho people will be switched off, but he's been a mainstay in a Stoke team under successive managers, and that's a side that have got better and better year on year. He's underrated.

Not saying I want him at Everton as we should be aiming higher, and at 31 he's a stop gap at best, but dismissing what he'd offer is just silly.

Strangely, Walters wouldn't be a bad signing for us. Not the great signing, but a good squad option.

Was thinking the same thing. Purely to provide depth and maybe come on when Lukaku is knackered and we're winning. I know people joke about it but I like the idea of Blues playing for us. It's more than just a shirt to them.
