As much as I like Naismith, I would gladly throw in a free complimentary basket of muffins for Norwich if they take Naismith for £8m.

Who would replace him with 60mins to go. I don't think he's Everton standard and shouldn't start but he has bailed us out plenty of times before.

When you're injured that means you're unfit, so they started the season unfit

And also you seem to forget that Deulofeu got injured just as he was starting games (around Christmas time)
