It will almost certainly be a loan if we get him. Qpr and trimming their wage bill and whilst I don't imagine he is their higher earner (no new contract if I recall) they are loaning their big names left right and centre in case they get back into the pl

They have rejected a 13 million pound offer from Newcastle, I can't see them agreeing to a lower fee from us.

From memory silva took a couple of seasons before he started becoming a proper maestro though, hallovic is only 19 with no experience
