So Jack Southworth is the only player to score 6 goals, two hat-tricks, in an everton game. But all the others both scored hat-tricks in the same game so they did it as a pair. Which is why three non everton players are there.

And there was one game were three everton players all got hat-trucks.

I was at the Soton and Wimbledon wins - remember we had a new scoreboard for the Soton game and it snowed constantly. They were really poor that season and I think also let in 7 at Leeds (I think it was the game where Leeds took the p1ss with them passing the ball around and showboating). Eric Martin (ginger) was in goal, Jimmy Gabriel and Mick Channon also played and they were awful. 5-0 at Half-time in our game I think and Alan Ball got the other one. We beat The RS the week before (Johnson) - the last win before the Andy King winner, which must have helped confidence.
