Watched the first season of Snowpiercer. Thought it would be utter garbage but was pleasantly surprised. Pretty gripping first season, great performances and Jennifer Connolly still the most striking looking woman I have ever seen

Thought it was a good expansion of the film, but it became a bit soap operary in parts if you know what I mean.
It was absolutely god awful for me.

It fell to the same fate as Punisher. Amazing first season, couldn't quite match it in the second, cancelled.

Thought it was dreadful...
Poor writing or poor casting.
Didnt seem 'believable' (if you know what i mean) and seemed (like you say) like a soapy/bmovie type feel.
Id have thought they may have chosen a superior actress to Jen (one expression) Connolly and her number 2 was just plain annoying throughout.
Overall a hard watch and disappointing they couldnt find better actors
Warrior Nun - Netflix.
Taken from the Manga strip of the same name.
Bizarre, in that the first five episodes are comically bad, then it’s like they switched writers and it becomes really good.
Secret sect of Warrior nuns protect the world from the Devil and Demons.
Set in scenic and historic Andalusia and with a stunningly beautiful and unknown Alba Baptista in the lead.
A hard one to recommend due to half of it being so bad, but if you can put up with the first half the rest of it is really good.
Second series in the offing.

Finished watching community recently.
This may be controversial but the show is massively overrated in my opinion.
Dont get me wrong. When it's good it's as good as anything in the sitcom genre but as a show overall it's really wasted potential. From character development that goes nowhere, plot points that never come back or matter and an overall shift from what made it great to trying to be something else in later seasons.
And after season 1 , Chevy chases character was terrible. Really off putting , nasty for no reason and almost tacked onto the show because it was Chevy. Which was a shame because in season 1 he was great.
