Very late to the party, but started watching The Wire. Two episodes in and i'm already hooked, excited as people say it gets even better as it goes along.

If it’s the Netflix series then maybe skip the second season as it’s a significant drop off in standard.

It's one of the greatest shows ever made.

Just remember the main character is the city of Baltimore, the actors are just secondary characters.

100% series one is fantastic and John Bernthal is brilliant in it.

Series 2, strays a bit and loses some of the impact, but is still good.

Been watching What We Do in the Shadows. Almost finished season 2 now and really, really enjoying it. Loved the film and surprised by how good the show is. Season 3 has amazing reviews too so looking forward to getting onto that.

It’s absolutely brilliant and easily gets into my top five tv comedies.

The casting and writing is just genius.

Colin Robinson steals it for me.

Just finished Brothers in arms on Prime. True story about two Australian bike gangs. I found it good.

Controversial but season two was a big let down after season 1 and they picked it back up in 3.

Totally agree and that's what I was hinting at in my comment. Two gets you wondering where its going but by the end I was hooked. Three and four were the best.
