The Iron Cowboy - American athlete who runs an Iron Man event in a different American state on consecutive days - that’s 50 Iron Men events over 50 days on the bounce !
An incredible documentary and an incredible fella.
The River Runner - a kayaker, who tries to kayak down three Indian rivers at source - the guy is nuts !
Beautifully filmed and narrated.

Ta mate Just downloaded river runner but can’t find the Iron Cowboy
Massively overrated for me. Watched bits of it when the missus stuck it on and the main character doesn't half make stupid decisions that get her into those situations.
Shagging the ex when she had nowhere to live was a brilliant one.
Stick with The Expanse. The beginning is a bit slow but it quickly grows into a massive story.
I just got into this and have flown through the first season.
It is a comedy, don't care what anyone says. It is hilarious.
Y the last man is not getting renewed.
Very interesting concept but they delivered it in the most boring way. It should have focused on Yorick and Agent 355 and not the drama at the white house.
I have been enjoying Foundation even though so of the acting and writing is a bit wooden at times.

Have a look for it on other streams, as it’s well worth watching.
Another one is the Barkley Marathons.
An endurance race, in the back woods of America, where the competitors have to compete an insane distance and elevation over 48 hrs.
They end hallucinating and running in their sleep.

Had very high hopes for this, as the book is fantastic, unfortunately the series doesn’t bring the story to life like the book does and it’s all a bit flat.
The book is written by the scriptwriter who wrote the Killing.
The police investigation into a serial killer who leaves little figures made of Horse Chestnuts at the scene of each murder.

Just finished Only Murders in the Building. Really enjoyed it. Love Steve Martin. Martin Short and Selena Gomez were really good too. Helps that I also love true crime podcasts but even if you don’t it’s worth a go
