All of us are Dead.

The latest South Korean offering from Netflix.

They’ve invested big bucks in this one, with a whopping twelve, hour long episodes and a massive budget, with the actors, sets and specials effects.

An unbalanced high school science teacher, creates a zombie virus, that infects the pupils of the school and then the town outside.

It’s a bit of a strange one this, as the first two episodes are shockingly bad - typical teen school nonsense and then it just goes nuts and becomes really good.

The acting from everyone is good, the zombies are some of the best I’ve seen, the set and camera work is excellent too.

However, every now and again, it gets bogged down, with the relationships of the teenagers, which spoils some of the episodes.

Could’ve done with being eight, rather than twelve episodes.

I really enjoyed this...though im close to addicted on Korean movies/series.

Just finished Ozark season 4 part one, great show. Looks like Ruth is gonna go full Omar little when the final seven EPs come out

Whens part 2 out?

I was very happy watching The Walking Dead on Fox from the first episode on 31.10.10 until the end of season ten. Then my telly told me Fox had gone towards the end of last year. Fewmin’ - I watched loads on there. Anyhoo, I’ve had to sign up to Disney Plus to watch the final season. I’m already ploughing through The Mandelorian, and I’ll watch the Boba Fett thing, as well as catching up on Fear The Walking Dead and the final WTD season. I’ve got a year’s subscription (15% off vs paying monthly). I can watch all the Star Wars films online now, so that’s a plus, but any other recommendations for me now I’ve had to sign up to Disney under duress?! ?

I enjoyed this: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt12851524/

There are also a lot of Wes Anderson films on there.

Dopesick is really good. It’s very heavy but a really good dramatisation of the opioid crisis in the US. Some amazing performances in it, especially from Michael Keaton and Kaitlyn Dever.

As @Nymzee says, Only Murders in the Building is really good too. Well worth a watch, especially if you are into True Crime or just like Steve Martin. It’s a comedy so the “true crime” aspect is more of a satire on people obsessed with that (which I am).

The good thing about Disney+ is that it has so much older stuff too so there is more than enough on there to make the subscription worthwhile

Reacher on Prime.
Finished watching the first series and I'm disappointed with it to be honest.
I'm speaking as someone who had read all the books, so am really coming at it from that viewpoint. Not to say that the series was bad, just that I don't reckon the transfer to tv really worked. I posted about enjoying the first couple of episodes and that it looked promising, but sadly it petered out into the realms of ridicule.
Nice attempt though.
At least you could associate Reacher with the character from the books. Unlike the 5 foot nothing Tom cruise portrayal from the film versions.

I read the first few books but then got bored, mainly because basically they were all the same.

Cant Wait.

Looks great!

Some of the replies I’ve seen around the place from the neck bearded gatekeepers of Middle Earth though…

I watched something the other day, actually forgot what it's called now and also a film both of which I turned off because the soundtrack was mumble rap and it burns my ears, horrendous listening.
If you don't know what mumble rap is an explanation-

Started Sinner from season 2 I had watched all but I just can't remember watching them but they're showing as watched. Anyway I'm just at the end of season 2, all separate stories I wonder if they're leading up to something.
