He has a real screen presence and plays a great drug dealer / gangster.

Agreed. I took your advice and searched for Ferry and I know I'm gonna enjoy the rest of what I have left.
I'll also reinforce my earlier statement that the girl playing Anouk was stunning.

Used to really enjoy the Jack Reacher books and have read them all! However the latest ones co-written with Lee Child’s brother Andrew aren’t a patch on the earlier books!

Currently up to/finished episode 5 last night - loving it!

It's a pure slog to get through.

First 3 episodes were a bit odd. Picks up after that IMO.

As others have said, the first six episodes are really good, genuinely creepy, unsettling and dark as anything.

You can see the influences, from the likes of the film Sinister, Stranger Things and Dark.

However, the last two episodes are just silly and undo all the good stuff of the first six episodes.

A real shame.

No, as it’s not that the ending is bad, it’s just that it doesn’t gel properly with the other previous episodes.

It’s just that the first six episodes are that good and spooky, it’s a bit of a let down.
