It starts off quite low rent, but from series 2 they start spending money on it as it gains popularity.

By the time it gets to the Narcos Mexico series it’s up there with the best.

Chronologically, the first two series of Narcos focus on Escobar, when El Chapo was just a nipper. In Narcos Mexico, El Chapo features as a young man working his way up the chain. Then in El Chapo, the main focus is on El Chapo taking control.

If I recall correctly, in El Chapo, there are appearances from some of the main characters in Narcos. There is a bit of overlap in the shows, so watch it in this order...Narcos, Narcos Mexico, then El Chapo.

More often than not, I hate voice-overs on foreign productions. I'd much rather listen to the native tongue and read the translation. I think it's more authentic and enjoyable.

I find that voice-overs generally sound naff and cheesy. Crap voice-overs put me off a show quicker than anything else.

Fauda is the exception to this. I do find the speech a little irritating at times, and there is a bit lost in translation, but it's such a brilliant show and story line, that it's forgivable. Fauda is brilliant.

Watched series one today, very funny and well written.

I watched all of that over a week or two. It was entertaining. It's the only English thing I've ever watched dubbed in Spanish with English subtitles because their cockney voices are so irritating

Haha yeah it's because I'm trying to learn Spanish so need to hear it more. Wasn't too bad because I felt I was learning instead of cringing at their accents
