Probably to get as many Academy players promoted to the senior team as possible as a lot of these kids hit a brick wall in the U21's which not a bad way to go.

As for big Dunc he can have what ever title he wants...I wouldn't tell him he can't

Usworth is a truly likable fellow, met him a few times over the years and he is a humorous easy-going bloke. Great work with the youth players as well, smart to see his career progression going so well. His professionalism and straight up manner after Martinez got chased was very impressive as well. We need fellows like that at EFC.

He was like a proud Dad on the last day of the season watching his young lads get a run out and playing well. I really love Rhino.

A very subtle sense of steely determination to his press conference before the Norwich game also. He's a great fellow but definitely has ambition and knowledge of how important his input to EFC is.

David Unsworth "is the man between the first team and the under 21s ".

I don't know exactly what Dunc is in plain language and last season I don't think Unsworth held any brief with the first team.
