Its as you said, what has made us when we are very good .Pienaar and Baines is the prime example of a familiarity in the team and team chemistry being worth a lot more than a flashy pricetag.

Rhino is a huge asset to the club and I think is a hugely positive influence.
He is an Evertonian in the same way as Howard Kendall. He just loves everything about the club.
But, like HK , he has his own ambitions. He has already said that he wants to try management.
If, we don't offer him the path to fulfil his ambitions eventually we will lose him to a club that sees what we already see.
