Why would,nt he buy Chelsea or AC Milian....why us? Not convinced on this...yet

I'm not convinced myself but there is the waterfront project, so we may be attractive or I may be searching for a glimmer of hope.

It isnt. But rumours where still there in the evening standard. I cant see him buying chelsea as the legacy has already been built by roman. These guys tend to build a legacy as a play thing. If and only if he comes onboard liverpool city council will benefit hugely. More importantly the surrounding areas. Can only be a win win.

It may sound sarcastic but it is the truth in effect, just the method of delivery changes. Moshiri will have spoken to Usmanov and if he is on board he may tell him he will underwrite up to x amount of millions before he officially joins (if that happens).
