What is their percentage these days? Moshiri and Usmanov could create a joint vehicle for ownership without diluting EFSCA, it would still leave them in control much the way that Arsenal operate ironically.

Even as token solidarity with the Arsenal shareholders it's a pointless statement 'unless' there is a deal on the horizon.E

It is an abbreviation of his name, to be exact was it not the letters for his company or one of them which goes even more to show there is little to draw from that regarding any involvement with the club and remember I did say way back it was just my opinion.

If he did arrive and wanted to invest on and off the pitch I’d imagine he’d want to control all of the equity (with Moshiri) otherwise his cash investment would be benefiting the small shareholders in terms of the incremental equity value he’d be generating via his cash with them contributing nothing.

As a holder of ONE share I am quite pleased that someone is standing up and asking to protect my value. I am not a guardian of the club, simply someone who wanted a "part" of the club I supported since I was a foetus.

Statement was a bit cringeworthy but the idea that I would lose my share is a bit sad to me.

The number of private shareholders is inconsequential in voting terms, so no reason to absorb all those folks tiny holding in the club.
