Isnt there a line of thinking that when Moshiri bought his initial 49.99 stake the remaining shares would only be bought after certain things were done ie. Progression on the stadium etc.

Perhaps Kenwrights stipulation was once BMD gets the go ahead he'll step aside - im assuming if Usmanov is to ever come on board it would be then with him buying an equal stake in Blue and White holdings and being club chairman.

Pure speculation like.
