If that's true then he shouldn't be allowed to transfer. They missed the deadline and that's the f***ing end of it. "Technical issues" my arse, as if the entire club only has one working internet connection, fax or phone line.

Then again, Harry made his name as a wheeler dealer, so he would have to tell the odd porky to get a good deal.
 

It will go through, this is Tottenham we're talking about.

It's a transfer that doesn't make sense though. They're going to have to drop a striker to play him, so a switch to 4-5-1 for them. This really is an unplanned, unneeded transfer.
