How can you run a competition ie the FA cup where VAR is not used it all the games surely this cannot be considered fair .

Which begs the question would our 2nd "goal" have been allowed

I do think its mad tbh. They dont have a license to use it outside of premier league grounds.
so if cardiff get something similar at home to leeds in the cup this weekend it stands.

I don't particularly have an issue with it as both teams will have decisions scrutinised. If it had been the other way around we would have benefited. I do struggle with how far they go back to revisit things. I think it should be restricted to just the goalscorer.
I still think VAR itself sucks the spontaneity out of football.

Makes a mockery of the competition lets be honest. You can't have different rules for different teams it is just laughable.

I just dont like the offside calls on VAR full stop. If it is that tight then VAR should be nowhere near it, especially when the TV coverage shows no conclusive replay

It was the quickness of the decisions that was galling, we didn’t even see the replay of the goal until like 3-4 minutes after play had resumed

on the images they showed, there will have been a few still images to choose from over say 1/3 second and in close call decisions, those images can show very different outcomes.Proper CCTV analysis takes days or weeks to do properly, It is scandalous that it is being used as it is in VAR

It was a brilliant goal as well, a really well played move which showed a glimpse of what we can do.

Was absolutely gutted when that was disallowed, I thought we were worth a replay at that point in the game
