Better way is to scrap it. Football is too subjective for VAR to ever work in a satisfactory wayThings to improve VAR:
- Each team has 1 challenge each half, otherwise on field decisions stands.
- Them challenges you can have has a time limit of 1 minute (if they still cant decide the on field decision stands)
- No ex or present referees as VAR officials, independent team of trained personnel.
- VAR only to look at one incident, not offside then when they see its on side they look for a foul somewhere else in the same passage of play.
