Villa protest

Forgot to say thanks for Andre, he’s been class so far 😉

Whatever you can do will be appreciated, Villa fans usually just take it, laid back Brummies don’t really shout up about much. But this has riled everyone.

Saw a few comments saying you’d love to be in our position. Last week watching the draw, I had goosebumps, cheered like we scored a goal when I saw we had Bayern at home and couldn’t wait to get me & my son tickets. The feeling of excitement has been tarnished and the damage that’s been done to the fan engagement won’t be repaired.

what a smoke out thread, well played.
the villa stuff was mentioned elsewhere. world football?

Vote with your wallet mate
They’ve waited decades for this level of football, not one regular fan is going to refuse to pay, and the club knows it. That’s why it stinks.

These champions league nights are meant to be the reward for fans like Villa’s for years of putting up with crap, for supporting them in the championship when they went down. It’s the hope of a crack some day at the champions league that sustains you, like it does us. And then you finally get there and the club you’ve followed through thick and thin rips the piss.

He’s possibly the biggest weirdo on this forum mate. He tags me in a post every single day, he seems to think that he’s outed me for not going the game even though I’ve made it quite public knowledge on here that I actively chose to stop going the game in 2019 and instead spend my hard earned money on pastimes that I actually enjoy and that actually reward me. Sucks for him I guess, I’d be bitter and jealous too.
So you spend your whole life on an internet forum which is focused on an activity you disengaged from approx 5 years ago? I bet you sit outside your old birds house cos she binned you in 2005.

Yes because they know people will pay it anyway, so don’t pay it. I know I’m unrealistic , my attitude has always been vote with the wallet is the best way to show dissatisfaction. It’s why I stopped going to Goodison. Hated what the club had become under the late chairman.

I understand that and empathize, but that's a bit one sided. This ownership group took them from the Championship to the Champions League, and put their money into the squad and staff to get them there.

Haha bro what you paying now £1200? Absolutely gutted for you. I’ll be laughing at you from New York in December when you’re sat there getting pissed on and booing the team off again after a 4-1 defeat.
Bro? How old are you…..15? Bet your walking round the big apple with your replica shirt on though, making yourself out to be a lifelong blue, the reality is you jumped on the bandwagon when Moshiri rocked up and quickly jumped off it when you realised we weren’t going to be the next Man City. You’re a bad bad Ted
