Tottenham had a game cancelled last week on the morning they were due to play. The world isn't out to get Everton lads Jesus, we are in pandemic I'm currently at home myself with Covid, i was as sick as a dog but thankfully better. They only way this game goes ahead is if they were playing the RS, Utd, City, Spurs or Chelsea.
They hold so much sway with the premier league but in our case the game will get postponed.
Why wasn’t their cup tie with the scum not postponed ?
i would take everything Carlo says about injuries with a pinch of salt.Carlo said, 16 days before Leicester, that it would be 10-15 days for Allan.
This being said, while I'm happy for the rest, we have 15 days from one league game to the next, and we seem to be a team that thrives on building up momentum.
Assuming we don't have to play City next week, need to just have a good performance in the cup - will help that Doucoure can start that one since he'll be missing v Leicester - and keep up the wins. If we can get Allan back for that after a week of training with the team, even if it's just for a brief cameo to get up to speed, and then he can start v Leicester.
Or, just actually go out and make some signings. That'd be the sensible solution.
Aren't Ev supposed to be out of the FA Cup by the time they're sunning it inSilver lining is that our First XI basically get a 2 week Winter break.
Maybe but that isnt always a good thing,we could play Leicester in 14 days time with zero game time ad be off the paceSilver lining is that our First XI basically get a 2 week Winter break.
This is agreat point, I'm convinced this window will see little deals done, by anyoneI'm not sure many teams would see making signings as a sensible solution. Let's say we sign Zaha on a 150k a week contract and then the next week the league is cancelled until May, you've then gone and blown 2+ million quid on wages on a player who isn't even playing for 4 months not to mention his transfer fee.

It is their own responsibilities to obey the straight rules set by the FA. It’s their own business. Likewise, Carlo said our club follow the straight guideline in a conference did he? Players trained then go home, nothing else.I just don't get all the moaning, it's a pandemic it could happen to us think about how we would feel about that.
As for FA cup tie versus Liverpool compared to league against us, as numerous posts have printed out it's not like with like, Villa had to play the cup game or lose money and forget it anyway - there is no comparison to be made.
The other suggestion on Villa playing us Monday or Tuesday just isn't on, play us Monday or Tuesday, play City Wednesday and Newcastle FA cup weekend after barely returning to full training, if their training ground opens to schedule is ridiculous
It's the playing Liverpool with the kids but can't for us part which is the only thing that's annoying me about this.
