I completely get what you are saying but the people filming it, whatever their motives allows the rest of us to see what is a disgusting and more importantly, incriminating action taking place.Insanity.
As mentioned earlier, the videos are nothing short of disgraceful.
To video and let them go viral, well, that’s even worse.
Football should never result in death.
Month off mate, so sadly here has to suffer.Still banned on twitter mate
They’re mimicking the cartels by stripping them naked, it’s meant to be the final humiliation that they’re found with their pants down. It’s a complex land is Mexico.AP, BBC etc and most major news sources are using the official numbers but seen Mexicans on Twitter claiming it’s a coverup and that plenty died and even more crazy that it was a planned ambush on Atlas fans partially orchestrated by the actual club Queretaro.
Search Twitter, lots of videos and images. It’s pretty grim stuff though, lads being kicked in the head repeatedly by tons of people whilst already unconscious, then being stripped naked.
Appalling stuff, it really does make Rangers and Celtic look like the teddy bears picnic in comparison! What a bunch of savages those thugs are.Appalling scenes from Mexico in an abandoned match between Queretaro and Atlas. A full scale riot, it is feared that at least 20 Atlas fans were beaten, degraded and killed. Blood-curdling footage all over Twitter. Horrible.
You have a country where crime is rampant, drug lords rule the roost and the cops are crooked as well.I completely get what you are saying but the people filming it, whatever their motives allows the rest of us to see what is a disgusting and more importantly, incriminating action taking place.
Although with a World Cup to bid for, I suspect much of this will be swept under the carpet. Mexico is as a corrupt a country as you’ll find.
This is probably the most harrowing footage I’ve ever seen at a football match.
There are some world-class hotel resorts that are ‘protected’ but seriously: **** that. You have a country where crime is rampant, drug lords rule the roost and the cops are crooked as well.
Of course i'm sure Mexico ain't all bad, and that it does have it's positive aspects.
However it's a country that i'm more than happy to avoid visiting, and i don't see that changing sadly.
Did any die? All the reports in the media have omitted that if true.
It’s fine outside the hotels in all the main places to be fair. A shame the people suffer from the crime and corruption as the Mexicans are some decent folk in a beautiful land full of rich culture and beauty. There are some world-class hotel resorts that are ‘protected’ but seriously: **** that.

Local government saying no, but the videos circulating pretty clearly show dead bodies.
They'll cover this up in fear of it damaging their World Cup hosting status in 2026.
How can you tell between dead and unconscious on a video?
Have a look on Twitter for yourself
It was just football fans, there’s no really much of an ultra movement there either. Just some terrible stuff from terrible people involved. Not going to look for the videos tbh, was it gang or cartel related? Mexico can be a very violent place at times.
