He had an abundance of pace - looked like he could beat a man - so let's send him out on loan ......Nkounku? Odd one that, never seemed to be quite trusted by a couple of managers.
The January trransfer window has weakened us not strengthened us.
Mykolenko is part of that.
I haven't. I stated clearly that I thought he'd had a solid start to his time here. But it didn't last, and he's looked all at sea since.Soon changed your tune
Patterson who Lampard stated was going to start but for an unfortunate injury?I haven't. I stated clearly that I thought he'd had a solid start to his time here. But it didn't last, and he's looked all at sea since.
We needed good to go in January, not someone to bed in. Same as on the other side with the ridiculous purchase of Patterson.
The Patterson who Lampard has stated umpteen times he's one for the future and not now? Yes, him.Patterson who Lampard stated was going to start but for an unfortunate injury?
zzzzzzzzzThe Patterson who Lampard has stated umpteen times he's one for the future and not now? Yes, him.
I understand that you cant gainsay what was pointed out.zzzzzzzzz
Good postTo be fair, there were a few he put in yesterday that had a decent shape about them. This is the first time I've thought that.
My perception of him is that he looks after the ball really well. If Lampard sticks around, this could be something which helps us. Yesterday there was a bit more overlapping than I've seen from him before. I think he needs to develop physically too.
He isn't ready though, that much is clear, but perhaps that should be absolutely obvious given he came here from Ukraine
The crosses thing is what I'm paying more attention to - the Kyiv stats don't suggest he's a volume crosser or one who's massively effective, but then part of that can easily be the way a team plays. See Digne's stats for us this season vs under Ancelotti for example. There's always context, but I'd say at the moment I'm of the opinion that he'll end up a competent full back without ever becoming a dynamic one who offers much in the final 3rd, and we'll probably need that
ThisIts pathetic, miserable Da's who do nothing but slam players for no reason.
He was completely fine yesterday, he did nothing at all to suggest he is a bad player like some are making out, I actually thought he made some good tackles and was good in possession
Kenny was FAR worse, he was appalling

He's here now. He'll get a fair chance from me.
Nope your argument is invalid because you're ignoring Lampard's most recent comments. Boring to debate it with you in all honesty, no offenceI understand that you cant gainsay what was pointed out.
Mykolenko is a good player. He'll give us good service. Those that know KNOW.
This lad Mykolenko will strengthen us no problem in defence.
How has anyone written off Mykolenko already?
Agree with this and that may actually compliment Patterson who I guess will be very attacking and dynamic. To be fair, there were a few he put in yesterday that had a decent shape about them. This is the first time I've thought that.
