I’d seriously consider playing McNeil at left back over him. It’s quite an achievement to have 2 full backs who can’t defend and can’t attack either. It’s so limiting in terms of our attacking threat, or lack of.
Especially as we need a 5 man midfield to cope right now, I've actually got a fair bit of sympathy for Iwobi and McNeil as they have to try and get something oing on the wing with a par of appalling fall backs who are scared to have the ball

Think that may restrict him going forward as he is moving into the middle to get the odd goal here and there.
Flip side is it may lead to him creating more crossing opportunities a la Baines / Digne if we can put someone in front of him on his wavelength.

McNeil has indeed been ok when called upon in that role
 
Onana is a 6, 6.5 at a push. Agree Tarks, prob player of the season a solid 7 would be fair for him 👍🏻
