Had Salah in his pocket. Was embarrassing they gave Salah MOTM for scoring a pen and a nothing goal at the end after we brought Myko off for a striker

He should of been signed as the young back up to Digne think he would of developed better and wouldn’t of been relying on him to hit the ground running. He’s had games where he’s looked ok defensively but his positioning and awareness needs to improve and also on the ball/going forward. I’ve wrote him off but would be happy to be proved wrong.

If both our starting full backs today were as good defensively as him we'd have taken something from the game.

Theres different ways to attack than using full backs.

Problem is that if you rule out attacking from your full back it makes stopping the other ways much easier. If he doesn't develop his ability with the ball at his feet, he's always going to be the type of full back that plays for teams in relegation battles.

Can't have a go at him today though. His job was to defend and he did it really well.

Fine? I thought he was fluffin' brilliant to be fair, quite often keeping that right hand side quiet. One of his best games for us.
