Yeah. He was off the pitch for the second. That was my point really. He got two goals despite Mykolenko doing a job on him.

The lad had a good solid game today. Best of the bunch for me. I keep giving up hope for him and then he pulls out a performance which makes me think, maybe he will develop into a capable first team left back.

I think if we just accept that he is very much a 'basics' type of player, then there is no reason he can't be a decent squad option for us imo.

You do realise you will all be moaning about him next week for being unable to get forward.
We have to decide whether we want only 1. a decent defender that offers nothing going forward
or 2. a half decent defender that offers something going forward or 3. A decent defender that offers something going forward

Myko is number 1 but I think we would all prefer number 2 and moreso number 3
