Nope, haven't been, but might be at a conference in LA in Aug so am currently scouting for simple lunch ideas for myself and colleagues and it gets good ratings...something different. I love sushi but g'damnit, I've had my fill and it's too typical these days, IMO!

If you left a modern TV (led/lcd) in a room for 100 years and the room was just left alone the whole time between closed doors. Would the TV still work?

In 1,000 years, I hope we'll have learned how to power homes individually off our own waste (two birds, one stone...get on it, nerds) so no doubt that'd need some kind of new plug....so, I say no.

Not if it has electrolytic capacitors (very likely). They tend to dry out and go out of spec. But you renewed them ... I'd say maybe.
