I was in the upper bullens with the soon to be Madame Allezlesbleus. Sat next to us was a RS and his girlfriend. So I am on best behaviour and struggling to not get embroiled in a nark with this guy. Could not resist having a go when we got the pen. Sharp misses and he gets in my face jeering "justice"!!!! Mother Teresa levels of patience needed at this point and gutted we had missed the pen. Madame Allezlesbleus playing her Kofi Annan peace keeping role!!!! When Zico equalised I went mental beside him and then just turned to him and smiled!!!!!! He just stropped off as we laughed our heads off.

Our best performance at Sheff Utd that decade was the league cup win in August '77, my last trip to a ground blessed with a groundsman who reguarly turned out some of the best surfaces in the league. On a balmy evening, we coasted to a 3-0 with goals from McKenzie, King and Latchford. Typically, I can't find any footage of the match.
