"Watch Classic Matches Again"

In my top three with Bayern Munchen and the Andy King derby, which quite frankly, will never be bettered emotionally for myself.

Yup, Sunderland fabulous for the footballing reasons - the Bayern game for everything else. I find it hard to pick between the two.

There were SO many memorable games though - all starting with the Southampton semi through the end of 1987 season.

Oh, hang on - we just signed someone else, off to visit another thread - cant keep up. FFS Blues :D

Both Sheffield grounds were great away days.sure Sheffield utd had only 3 sides with cricket pitch .and Tony currie was a player wished we had signed
He and Alan Woodward destroyed us in the FA Cup 3rd round defeat at UNT 3 sided ground - 1-0 up,at half time with a ball pen beaten 2-1 and out of the cup in our championship winning side that year !

Didn't Sharpie miss a penalty just before old Zico scored?I always thought it was the actual shock of us getting one against the shower that put him offlollollol
I was in the upper bullens with the soon to be Madame Allezlesbleus. Sat next to us was a RS and his girlfriend. So I am on best behaviour and struggling to not get embroiled in a nark with this guy. Could not resist having a go when we got the pen. Sharp misses and he gets in my face jeering "justice"!!!! Mother Teresa levels of patience needed at this point and gutted we had missed the pen. Madame Allezlesbleus playing her Kofi Annan peace keeping role!!!! When Zico equalised I went mental beside him and then just turned to him and smiled!!!!!! He just stropped off as we laughed our heads off.
