Transfer Rumour Wayne Rooney

Timbers haven't been linked with Rooney in maybe 18 months. And that was only because their owner said he'd be great in the MLS. Plus they don't really go for the big name, big wage talent. They've built a nice, mostly homegrown team led by 2 DP talents that have plenty of years left in their careers.

If he's going to the MLS for a pay day then it'll be NYCFC (Unlikely due to City links), LA Galaxy (Unlikely as they seem to be moving away from the old guard type players of Beckham, Keane and Gerrard) and possibly LA FC (The new LA team could be I'm sure they're a few years away from joining the league.

All signs still point to a return home like.

Last time he was in something tight fitting and grey it nearly ruined his marriage.

lol

Defo photoshopped that, he's not been that thin since he was about 6

His last act as captain of Manchester United will be lifting the Europa Cup.

He will probably score the winner as well.
Great player for that club, I'm now not convinced he should be coming back to play for us anymore.
I was certain it would be a good signing a few weeks ago as well.
