If he comes for a nominal fee and 100K a week, we recoup that in about 5 minutes through shirt sales, upping our global profile (you can guarantee opening weekend regardless of who we play we are on TV, plus probably 2-3 more times than we usually are) And we need a bigger squad, doesn't hurt to have people in your team with Europe experience if we did progress in the EL etc
If on the other hand he is 20M fee and 200K a week, it doesn't make much business sense to me, but I think i would trust Moshiri's judgement to write that cheque, he's not going to do it for an emotional attachment the supporters may / may not have

you're missing the point completely. And I suggest his lifestyle in China wouldn't comprise eating chickens feet and fermented eggs (unless that was his preference). At 500k a week for say two years, living a lavish lifestyle in a different culture that would certainly enrich his childrens' world appreciation/education, it's a no-brainer.

PS and those inventions called aeroplanes would permit his kids to see their grandparents a lot

exactly...the PAST 10 years. They've got the best of him and they can keep paying him his 300k a week.
As for his signing with Everton being a spur for Lukaku to stay, I beg to differ. Whether Rom stays or goes is purely up to whether Chelsea, Man U, PSG etc pay his asking price.
