Did any of you ever consider we'd be able to sign him for a nominal fee- free transfer and the gamble would be mitigated due to having the fall back option of selling him to china if he has no desire and his legs have gone?
If he is a true blue he will be happy to uproot for one last pay check that's a win win. Yes their maybe a ban on china in future but I guess that won't even be implemented due to the Chinese trying to fight it at top level. Just how Man City fought against fair play by their fans booing Champions league anthem and also breaking it several times and paying fine.

I'd like to bring him back providing we don't rely on him as our 2nd striker.
Bring him in and see him as the free transfer that he is.
Spend money on another striker also.
He may come to us and be a great addition, however I'd just be cautious as for me, he seems to have been a bit of a burden in the united squad for quite some time now.
