Transfer Rumour Wayne Rooney

It's a World Cup year coming up and he's playing for the team he supports knowing he has to prove somthing to some fans who still haven't forgiven his badge kissing. Surly Wayne will prove people wrong with so much to play for this year

Rooney had the most talent and toughness of any UK players since Best.unlike Best he minded his talent. The pity was he went to manure who took the street player out of his game and then sacrificed him at the altar of St.Ronaldo.Both he and Coleen have done a lot of unheralded charity work in the Royal and Alder Hay over the years.
We have had bad experience of Belgians but yrs ago they went to the Euros and had a 36 yr old midfield and he ran the show.Rooney is younger and has been kicked in nuts by the not so great one so I expect a reaction on the pitch. He is the prodigal son coming home and like the prodigal some will love him again some won't.I think he will be good for the blues.

I'm pretty excited to be honest, looked a different class at Duncs testimonial, he's got quality and a driven winning mentality that we've lacked over the years. We're getting the best striker of the premier league era, Manchester United greatest goal scorer, England's greatest goal scorer, I believe he needed a fresh challenge and I believe he's going to rise to it.

And people say Lukaku is a mercenary; Rooney makes him look like Florence Nightingale.
There's no doubt this is an unbelievable deal for Rooney. Paid off by Man Utd (supposedly paid off the last last year of his contract). And then he gets £150k per week off us. Top deal for a 31yr old.
Good deal for us on the face of it too. No fee involved.
Man Utd might see it as good for them too. Offload Rooney (not really involved last season) and get Lukaku.
Time will tell if he can make a meaningful contribution on the pitch.
