Transfer Rumour Wayne Rooney

There is no way Rooney is coming back, Mourinho will keep him as he has with mata and we won't even get a look in.

Shame though as 1) it will immediately boost our profile 2) Ross will have someone to help him out in training and force him to raise his game to get in the team and 3) we will probably score more goals and win more matches.
That's a strategy we used to use in the 80s. But that was last millennia, let alone last century. You have to embrace modern strategy, this is the premier league now!
;-)

I just want him to beat Bobby Charlton's record for Utd, if he comes back to Everton at some point sound, whether thats as a player or coach doesn't really matter for me I just want him to break that record and then hopefully people will see him for the great player he is/was.

Doubt they will, he'll always get bashed by fans even when he surpassed the Charlton for England goals

Can't honestly say I care what he does there. He was a very good player at one point, shame it was mostly for them rather than us.

He would be a very expensive devisive figure if he came back I think. We've all moved on.
Well this for me.

Agreed. He had his chance with us and chose an alternative option.

Bad enough that we had Mark Hughes/Ginola/Gazza past their prime. Those days are over...I hope.
