I apologise for quoting this verse again but it always resonates with me whenever a loved one has passed.
Rest in peace our blue brother.
Mr TW
Revelation 21:4
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.
Please do mate. His family and friends need to know what a terrific bastion of support he was to others, even while he was going through what he was.I only knew Mike through going to the game but will inform to friends who in turn will pass on to his family.
RIP
I'm fortunate enough to have not had a reason to seek support for depression or other related forms of illness, but it's obvious that Mike was a huge source of support and inspiration to many.
I hope when my time comes I can have made a positive difference to the lives of a few others.
Gone but not forgotten.
That's beautiful mate. Thanks for that.http://us3.campaign-archive1.com/?u=4ea3b8edb2ab011fb7e72eaa4&id=3c0c6be060
Mike Dolan
1961-2016
R.I.P
It is with much regret and sadness that I have to report the passing of Supporters' Club member Mike Dolan. The Club extends deepest sympathy to Theresa, James and the family Mike had been a member for many years, travelling to home and away games with family members. He was always cheerful and bore his illness with great strength and pragmatism. He will be missed by all who knew him.
The picture above was taken at one of his last visits to Goodison park having a pint after the game in Gresford Colliery Club.
Mike's funeral will take at Wrexham Crematorium on Tuesday 22 November at 3:30pm. Mike asked for people attending to wear football tops if they so wished.
