This is just Moyes knowing he's here for a few months and putting a few quid into the pocket of a mate and near neighbour who's utterly clueless at finding his own job post-playing career.

You could say that or you could say he is old and has the opportunity to save himself some working hours by delegating a bit of the work to someone else he trusts to do the job well enough?

Like why do people hire more staff in a business anyway? Surely his wages are on the modest size, at least compared to Moyes and players.

Found this interview he did with the SFA. Poor guy, sounds like a hard time.

It also says he’s done the coaching licences so he is serious about coaching, it’s not like he’s just been given a job by a mate.

We dont have a set piece problem. We score more goals from them than the vast majority of teams.

I remember a time when Liverpool got in a throw in coach, parts of our support laughed at them for it being so ridiculous. They scored a few that season from set-ups of throw ins. We on the other hand have been absolutely useless at them for a looooooong time. Bring in specialised coaches, I'm all for it, so long as they are all pulling in one direction and being led by a head coach/manager who works well with them and trusts them.

Been saying this for years that this was needed. How many times have we seen the like of Coleman, Mykolenko insert any full back here have very few options on throw's. It's always up the line to Duncan, DCl insert any striker here hope for a flick on. We never vary corners, Tarks is the target at present, absolutely amazed we get so many goals from corners actually.

Considering set plays are so important having a dedicated coach was imperative, and I'm glad it's someone like Adam, he was fairly good on them himself.

I haven't searched for evidence as I will judge him on what he does here.

There is also no evidence to show that he doesn't have that skillset, so by your logic, WTF are you on about?
