Mourinho was undoubtedly a great manager but unlike Carlo who sought to bring harmony Mourinho seeks confrontation and created havoc.
Sadly whilst he wins trophies he leaves pretty much ever club needing to rebuild after his departure.
What Everton need is the polar opposite of Mourinho. Rather than a manager who will be here for just a couple of seasons and leave without creating foundations Everton have a chance ( and maybe a last chance) to rebuild and try to get back to being an elite club.
To do that they need a DoF and manager to get on the same page and have short , medium and long term planning/ strategy.
With Mourinho everything is here and now. We need a manager who , even if they are only in situ for a couple of seasons, sees the big picture and is pragmatic enough to seek success in incremental levels .
That's not and never will be Mourinho.
