We're going down aren't we?

The moment this became the last season at Goodison, the writing was on the wall. The most Everton thing ever.
And you can guarantee it won’t end there.

We'll be saved by the fact there are three truly pitiful teams even worse than us. But regardless, we're going absolutely nowhere as a club. Relegation battles will be all we have to look forward to

We might

Too early to tell

But we will 100% be in a relegation battle because that's what Dyche does. If you keep getting into trouble too many times eventually you'll run out of luck.

Last season at Goodison... let's just say it wouldn't shock me if this is the year we drop.

Was strenuous appointment to begin with. Dyche had purchased much needed goodwill from fans last season. He went about destroying fan goodwill with bizzare untruths with after match comments against Brighton and Tottenham. Don't think fans will galvanise behind him or the squad as in recent past because of Dyche general obtuse behaviour. Reckon he is odds on to take us down unless he has frontal lobotomy or similar.

What I saw from Tim and N’Diaye yesterday with McNeil in the 10 gave me hope.

Our full backs however, are absolute garbage. That will be the main problem this year.

This to me stinks of the 6 nil loss to Chelsea, we showed enough in this game to prove we can play, just need the scotch egg to sort his in game management. Get O Brian playing, with Mangala sitting in front of the defence and the creativity of Ndiaye, DCL off the mark. Hopefully build a bit of confidence. He needs to realise that McNeil can’t play 90 mins. If you make a change at 2 up to seal off a game you don’t take off your only outlet you start with the wingers and bolster the defence or stick garner as a holding on. Why can we see it but meatball head can’t.

A few posters are shopping here early this season

If Dyche stays yes we are down, need to get him out asap or we will be in serious trouble and our 1st match at Bramley Moore dock will be in the Championship.

I'm afraid that, when everyone sold their soul for the 'pleasure' of watching live footy on TV (but who could resist the lure of seeing Newcastle play West Ham from the comfort of the sofa?), we consigned ourselves to the certainty of relegation/being a member of the support cast. The football authorities hate change as it costs them money. Better to have a handful of teams (global brands, if you like) that can guarantee high viewing figures and all that comes with that, and demonise any who complaims with 'oh, he's just a legacy fan'. Horrible game and i really should start listening to my head, not my heart, and have nowt to do with it.
