Agree with those bits, but it's not the best management in the world too lump (lump, i say!) that much responsibility on Lukaku.

The January Window's been open for 20 days now...where for art thou striker?

And why not use Vellios?

Because Martinez mustn't rate him.

We will get another striker in before the end of the window, so no biggy. But basically, Rom's still very raw and starting week in week out for a European Contender is too much.

Not going to blame Martinez because Kone got injured after the summer window closed and it was apparent that Jelavic was never going to score. Starting Rom was forced upon him.

Oh i completely agree. If you look at his stats for WBA last season, he easily started 9-10 games on the bench and came on and made the impact, the one that springs to mind WBA win at Anfield and the 5-5 against United, he needs a break, cause the lad looks destroyed out there.

This. The abuse he´s getting on here is disgraceful really. He´s 20 ffs. The question is why do Everton fc not have any senior strikers on our books. We´re worse off than West Ham.

Well f*cking done Distin. You were at fault for their goal and you STOPPED BARRY SCORING.

Drop him for Stones.

Distin is awful, but you can't seriously suggest that Barry's shot was going in can you? It was going wide. For all the stick Distin deserves, this was not one of those things, he could have been onside, and it'd have went wide, cause he wouldn't have been there.

Well after watching that no wonder were never on sky
so much for showing the nation that we play footie eh? Hoofball tonight at times.

I'm raging here at that performance. The standby button on my remote is well and truly naffed now. Pressed it way to hard at full time.

We tried to sit on 1-0 until they equalised. Where was the urgency to go for the 2nd ? They can't have been all knackered as they haven't played for 9 days and have been sunning it up. That was the most damning indictment of tonight's performance as we are supposed to have put that tactic behind us, and was the reason we dropped 2 crucial points against a sh1te team could have been dead and buried.

Vellios would have been a decent option today considering the number of long balls we were playing.

Agree that draws will have cost us massively this season.

Lose to the ****e next week and we'll be four points behind them with a much worse goal difference, no doubt also four behind Spurs.

We can kiss goodbye to fourth then, imo.

We cannot lose to them.
