The big question today is, do I waste my Sunday and put myself through 90 minutes of pain and frustration watching Everton be Everton again, or do I do something constructive and meaningful which isn’t going to affect my mood.

The PL are hell bent on sending us down anyway, so why give it any time?

I like to practise watching Everton whilst catching myself get annoyed every 5 minutes, taking a few deep breaths, remembering to not get angry and returning back to centre.

Pretty much my 95 minute experience.
