seen previous posts saying Bernard should start......................the only way we can win here is try to grind out a 0-1 result by packing the defence / midfield and sit back.

I would play: Pickford, Coleman, Keane, Mina, Godfrey, Digne, Allan, Doucoure, Sigurdsson or Jamez, Richarlison, DCL. Or Davies instead of a center back and pack the midfield

Certainly won’t be watching it, can’t watch this half arsed style of football again this season.

Probably go and nick a draw I think.
Liverpool will win tomorrow night and if Spurs get anything at Leeds then Europa league will be gone too.
You are probably right. You never know even though the style is half arsed you may still miss it once the season is finished and you are waiting for the new, hopefully improved, campaign to start. I will watch like ever and then probably regret it ;)

Pickford

Coleman
Godfrey
Holgate
Digne

Iwobi
Gomes
Allan
Siggi

Richie
Dom

And I will do harm to someone, something or myself.

Carlo has previous picking that mess.

The Europe boat has long sailed. Just hope our gladiators get vaccinated quickly so they can plan their hollliers in the sun with no worries.

That midfield is absolutely disgusting

SOME OF THE ANCELOTTI PRE MATCH WEST HAM P/C

James is out

For this weekend we have back Doucoure. After the injury that he had, he recovered well.
He's available for the game. James Rodriguez is not

Carlo on Doucoure

He showed fantastic quality & supported the team a lot when he played. It was a great surprise for us to have this player. To have him back for the next game will be really important

Carlo on West Ham

I think it's a vital game because they're in a better position than us at the moment so the result will be really important. We want to put all our energy into this game to consider it vital for the end of the season

I think they have more confidence now compared to the start of the season. Last season was really difficult for them: they were close to relegation
They are doing a fantastic season & all the credit to David Moyes

Carlo on Response to Villa Defeat

I think what happened was not the feeling that I had during training. The training was good before VIlla & we were not able to repeat. I think we worked all week to prepare well for this game, to have a good feeling & to try to win
We want to move up the table so it will be really important to have a result against West Ham

Comparison to past battles

Ancelotti has won some of the game's biggest trophies in the past.
Asked how Everton's current quest for European football compares to those previous battles he's had, he says: "It's always the same at this time of the season.

Inconsistency troubles

Carlo says that his side need to address their inconsistency at home but away they are nearly "perfect."

Squad building plans

We have to analyse the season & after that, put the right adjustment in the squad to avoid the weaknesses & limits that we had

Carlo on Doucoure with and without

I think with Doucoure we had fantastic results. Without him, we had more problems. He's one of our most important players.
I hope he can show this quality in the few games before the end

Carlo expects 'fantastic reaction'

Ancelotti is asked if he's frustrated about not getting the most out of this squad.
He believes there will be a "fantastic reaction" against West Ham despite the disappointment against Aston Villa as this has been the story of the season.

Carlo on James Injury

It is a little problem. He didn't train with the team this week. He trained alone following proper rehab. The plan is to start to train again at the beginning of next week He is not available. There is the privacy of the medical situation so I don't want to talk to you about it [ To that Colombian journalist]
I hope he will be available for the game against Aston Villa next week

Carlo on Fans

Evertonians show a lot of love for this club, for these players. We hope to have all of them at Goodison Park as soon as possible because I'm sure with 30k calling [for us] at the stadium, we aren't going to lose as many games as we did this season

SOME OF THE MOYES PRE MATCH EVERTON P/C

Moyes on Declan Rice

We are getting closer as we are another week down the line and we are hoping to have him available.
He is back on the grass and undoubtedly he is a big miss to us and we hope to have him back as soon as we can.

Moyes on VAR and goal celebrations

You can hardly celebrate goals because you don't know what the outcome might be.

Moyes on Everton

I don't really listen to the records and I am not interested, to be honest.
I have great respect for Carlo and for Everton, I am hoping we can make it (to Europe) as are they.

Moyes on Man Utd protests

The genuine supporters showed how they felt about the Super League. We have to make sure you can protest but that you don't hurt police officers or anybody hurt. The protests should be about the Super League or the owners, but I do think if there is any violence then that is not good.

Moyes on Toney transfer links

I won't talk about players at other clubs and I hope that other managers won't talk about my players.
But I am hoping to add one or two players to my squad in the summer.

Moyes on injured players

We are hoping we can get them back but I will not put any dates on when I think we can have them available.

Moyes on Antonio

He has helped us so much, there have been times when he has been quiet but that is the norm for most strikers.
Mick has been very good and unfortunately, we have missed him.

Moyes on Everton clash

Everton know if they beat us they can get close to us and we know if we beat Everton we can put some difference between them but we are looking above us and our home form has been good so we have to try and do that again.

Moyes on Ancelotti

Carlo is a top manager and they did a great job in getting him.

Moyes on Everton

I had a brilliant Chairman in Bill Kenwright, he backed me, supported me and that is not always the case.
I see similarities between West Ham and Everton and hopefully, I can get them where Everton were.

Moyes on Europe

I don't see any easy games in the Premier League, the games are so hard to call you can turn up and be a little off colour, we had a man sent off at Newcastle and these things change the game. We are in a confident mood.

If we have any chance of the top-four we need to win all four, but if we fall short we will be in the Europa League and I am hoping we don't fall any further than that.

Moyes on attacking options

We are starting to get a few players back and some more options, we got Said in a position to contribute and Jarrod Bowen is scoring and we need to keep the options and flexibility as much as we can. I want to rotate them and make the right choices for each game and get the right results.
