Tried My hand at a South Indian chicken (thigh on the bone) curry in the slow cooker, got lucky and was great. Way too hot / spice but great with boiled rice and chutney. Even got a rare compliment from my 19 yr old daughter!

A good big two spoonful's of natural yogurt to take the edge down.

Runny boiled eggs and crispy bacon to dip in. Day off and will head off for a few pints in the sun for a change.

Went all American today, got out the webber and smoked a pork shoulder, had it with Mash followed by a peach cobbler that the misses made.
