….usually before 9pm, always been an early riser at 06.00am even after a late one on the booze.

…not sure it’s age related. There’s a saying above the door of Kensington Library (I think I remember it from when I used to go there with the infant school);

‘Early to bed, Early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and Wise’.

Certainly since my daughter arrived in ‘85, I’ve been an early starter, and generally early to bed.

Winter time mostly somewhere between 9.30-10pm. Alarm goes off at 4.30am. Summertime mostly between10-11pm.

Friday and Saturday whenever I feel like it, or the special beers have done their work.
