What Time do you go to bed (NOT With me Ma)

I go to bed about 5 am - 6 am in the summer,that is due to work.In the winter it's about 1am. Let's hear you lot xx

Normally around 11, for an 11.34 kick off for a good 7 hours sleep of the just.

Recently though I've fallen into a bad habit of waking around 4.50 to 5.30 which can't be good for brain health. Frustrating.
